Kim Kardashian is getting majorly nostalgic! More than nine months after giving birth to daughter North West, the significantly slimmed down star happily celebrated pal Ciara's impending bundle of joy at her baby shower on March 22.

Posting pictures of the singer's festivities on Instagram, Kardashian, 33, posed with Ciara and friend LaLa Anthony at the outdoor bash.

The reality star wore a white cutout dress with a thigh-high leg slit and minimal jewelry. Ciara, 28, looked stunning in a loose white, floor-length Naeem Khan dress with vibrant red embroidery down the middle, and Anthony, 34, wore a flirty printed halter sundress.

"Celebrating @Ciara's baby shower today with @lala #mommymemories," Kardashian captioned the picture.

North's mommy has spent plenty of time with the "Get Up" singer during her pregnancy. The pair were spottedshopping for baby clothes at Bel Bambini in February. Ciara announced her first pregnancy with rapper Future on "The View" in January and has since appeared on theGrammys red carpet.

Kim's mom Kris Jenner also attended the baby shower, snapping a photo with Ciara.

"Mamma Kris In The Building! #SelfieFun:)," Ciara captioned the picture.

And naturally the three friends also had to take several close ups, which Kanye West's fiance also posted to Instagram.

But the recent close up Kardashian was most excited for was the announcement of her highly-anticipated Vogue cover, shot with fiance Kanye West by famed photographer Anne Leibovitz.

"This is such a dream come true!!! Thank you @VogueMagazine for this cover! O M GGGGGG!!! I can't even," she tweeted on March 21.

Porsha Williams isn't wanting for cash after her ex-husband screwed her over in their divorce -- sources tell TMZ, she's now knocking boots with the exorbitantly wealthy son of an African dictator ... notorious for human rights violations.

According to sources, Porsha has been seeing 42-year-old Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, son of Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, President of Equatorial Guinea ... since 1979.

Mbasogo (the father) is known as one of Africa's most brutal and corrupt rulers -- not only for having his predecessor executed and political opponents tortured, but for pillaging his own country's oil wealth ... while its people live in abject poverty.

And his son is reaping the benefits -- living like a king in Malibu and all around the world.

We're told Mangue (the son) has been showering Porsha with expensive gifts for the last month -- Louboutin shoes, Chanel ... even a Rolls Royce -- and Porsha has been posting photos of the gifts on Instagram.

Sources say the romance is pretty new ... but it's escalating fast -- we're told Mangue is currently looking to buy Porsha a multimillion-dollar house in ATL.

We reached out to Porsha's conscience for comment -- so far, no word back.

For decades now, young couples have been warned about “playing house” and “shacking up” before marriage. Who would buy the cow when they can have the milk for free?

Critics of premarital cohabitation (or rather, couples living together before marriage) have long since pointed to a wealth of studies that associated cohabitation with elevated risks of divorce.

Well, new research claims that cohabitation no longer predicts divorce. In fact, there is a possibility that it never did in the first place. Arielle Kuperberg, a sociologist  at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, co-authored the study titled “Does Premarital Cohabitation Increase Your Risk for Divorce?”

Kuperberg argues that while there is no correlation between divorce and cohabiting before marriage, what might predict divorce in those couples that cohabit before marriage is the age at which they decide to do so. Previous studies, she reports, consistently over-stated the risk of divorce because they did not factor in this crucial element.

“What leads to divorce is when people move in with someone–with or without a marriage license–before they have the maturity and experience to choose compatible partners and to conduct themselves in ways that can sustain a long-term relationship,” said Kuperberg.

“Early entry into marriage or cohabitation, especially prior to age 23, is the critical risk factor for divorce.”

Despite the social stigma around premarital cohabitation, 70 percent of women aged 30 to 34 have cohabited with a male partner, and two-thirds of new marriages take place between couples who have already lived together for an average of 31 months.

Another premarital cohabitation study released in 2013 showed that the numbers are growing across racial and ethnic groups, except for Asian women. Between 1995 and 2006-2010, premarital cohabitations as a first union increased by 57% for Hispanic women, 43% for white women, and 39% for black women.

“Generations that were cohabitating less are now being replaced by a group of women and men that find cohabitation to be quite normal,” said demographer Casey Copen, the study’s lead author.

“Overall, these unions are lasting longer, they’re more stable and the highest proportion of them transition to marriage.

Ciara is pregnant with her first child, and the super hot singer is sparing no expense when it comes to preparing her baby’s nursery. TMZreports Ciara has already spent close to $20,000 in setting it all up.

Yes, $20K on a baby nursery. That better be one heck of a luxury crib! Is it encrusted with diamonds or something? We’re kidding. (At least, we hope we are.) TMZ’s sources say that Ciara and her fiancé, Future, were spotted shopping at high-end Los Angeles baby boutique Petit Tresor, and they walked away with paintings, stuffed animals, and very expensive bookends.

The nursery will have a safari theme, and Ciara is said to have dropped $1,800 on an 8-foot tall stuffed giraffe! That’s pretty expensive for a stuffed animal, we don’t care how cool it is. The songstress also reportedly purchased a smaller stuffed lion, stuffed monkey, and a cartoon jungle painting.

Just last week, Future told a British radio show that he and Ciara are expecting a baby boy! He quickly backtracked, saying he’s trying to trick the media and won’t actually reveal the baby’s sex, but we’re pretty sure he might have really spilled the beans.

But boy or girl, this kid is going to have one heck of a fancy nursery. Maybe he or she can invite Blue Ivy and North West over for a playdate? We’re sure they’ll have equally swanky nurseries to compare!

Don’t expect to hear any more baby announcements from Halle Berry any time soon. The 47-year-old beauty says she’s done having children.

People magazine caught up with the “Extant” actress at the Fame & Philanthropy Post Oscar party on Sunday and she revealed, “I think I’m done!”

“I’m surprised I had the one I just had,” Berry said of her 5-month-old son Marceo with hubby Olivier Martinez. “So I doubt God is going to bless me again.”

The mother of two went on to say that her life is one big balancing act. “I’m working on a television show now, so I’m juggling working and being a mom and breastfeeding while I’m working,” she said before adding that her 6-year-old daughter Nahla is “fantastic.”

As far as her post-baby body, the ageless superstar said she’s still “working hard” to get it back.

“This is vintage Versace,” she shared of her form-fitting black gown. “It’s one of Gianni’s last pieces. I never go wrong with Versace. I love Versace. And you know, I’m not quite where I want to be with my body, so this was a great dress for me to wear tonight.”

Halle, who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 1989, added that she follows a low-carb diet for success. “I do not love to work out,” she confessed, “but if I stick to exercising every day and put the right things in my mouth, then my diabetes just stays in check.”

The Academy Award winner tied the knot for the third time last July.

Mark your calendars: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have set a date for their wedding! As revealed in the new issue of Us Weekly, the high-profile couple will be married in Paris, France, on May 24.

"It is so crazy to me that this is all happening," Kardashian gushed in the episode. "Kanye really outdid himself. It feels like I'm in a dream. It's just the most amazing experience." Of the 15-carat diamond engagement ring, she added, "It really is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I just can't believe I'm engaged."

A new outlook! Newly engaged Ashton Kutcher, who recently popped the question to girlfriend Mila Kunis, has opened up about how the single life isn't all what it's cracked up to be.

"Being a single guy can be a lot of fun when you're financially independent [and] can do whatever you want, whenever you want," Kutcher, 36, told Men's Fitness this month.

"For every girl you have a good time with for one night, if you want to stay single, that's the same girl that you have to not call back," the "Two and a Half Men" actor continued. "After a while, being the one-night stand guy is also just a little gross."

Us confirmed on Feb. 27 that Kutcher and Kunis, 30, became engaged after nearly two years of dating. Kutcher previously was married to Demi Moore, 51, who then split following his infamous fling with San Diego college student Sara Leal.

Three days before she won the Academy Award for her stunning performance in 12 Years a Slave, Lupita Nyong'o left the audience at ESSENCE's Black Women in Hollywood luncheon teary-eyed and speechless as she shared her journey to self-acceptance as a dark-skinned woman. "When I was a teenager my self-hate grew worse, as you can imagine happens with adolescence," Nyong'o recalled. "My mother reminded me often that she thought that I was beautiful but that was no consolation: She’s my mother, of course she’s supposed to think I am beautiful. And then Alek Wek came on the international scene."

In her speech, Nyong'o reminisced about the importance of seeing the rise of supermodel Wek, a woman with skin hued like hers. "When I saw Alek I inadvertently saw a reflection of myself that I could not deny," Nyong'o said.

ESSENCE reached Wek to ask how it felt to be part of Nyong'o's own success story. Here, exclusively, is Alek Wek's reaction in her own words:

I was amazed and very humbled by Lupita's words, and I am so proud and happy that her talent was deservedly recognised with her Oscar award.

When I was growing up, my mother taught me and my sisters to celebrate each other -- there was no room in our household for negativity. She taught us to embrace each other and this was empowering for us. She also taught us the value of celebrating our differences.

When I first started modeling I realised I was very different from many of my colleagues, but I welcomed the opportunities my career in fashion offered me, and the support from many inspiring individuals in the fashion industry. And because of this I have always strived to use the platform I have in fashion, to champion the ideals of what is beautiful.

For me it always goes back to what my mother taught me and my sisters. That all women are beautiful and we should embrace each other. True beauty is born through our actions and aspirations and in the kindness we offer to others. Beauty should not be culturally relevant, it should be universal.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are ready to get married…sooner rather than later! The superstar couple have set a date to walk down the aisle on May 24, in Paris, according to UsWeekly.

Yeezy popped the question to Kim seven months ago at San Francisco’s AT&T Parkwith a 15 carat ring and the duo have been scouting lavish venues for the ceremony ever since. They even eyed the legendary Chateau de Versailles as a possible spot during a private visit back in January.

‘We’re having a super, super small, intimate wedding,” Kim told friend and “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” producer Ryan Seacrest. “As we go along, we’re realizing we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking.”

An inside source told Us Weekly, “They are not working with a budget.” Well duh. Kanye, who recently signed a management deal to Roc Nation, has been at the helms of the wedding plans. Can we say groomzilla…
