Comedian & TV Host Joan Rivers Dies at 81

Joan Rivers died today, one week after suffering cardiac arrest during an outpatient procedure last Thursday. “She passed peacefully at 1:17pm surrounded by family and close friends,” Melissa Rivers said in a statement.
