'I was told I could never get pregnant': Kim Kardashian

She is the proud mother of 17-month-old little girl North West.

But Kim Kardashian has revealed that she was told she would never conceive naturally before she fell pregnant.

‘A few years ago I was told I could never get pregnant,’ she told Elle UK for their Confidence Issue. ‘Three different doctors told me the same thing, which is why I wanted to have my eggs frozen.

Kim added: ‘I was just about to do that when I found out I was pregnant with North.’

Now that she is a mother, the 34-year-old can’t wait to have more children with husband Kanye West – and soon.

And the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said that while she is trying and hoping to fall pregnant again naturally, she is aware she may not be able to and will turn to other options if she struggles.

‘I want a boy and another girl; I want it to start happening straightaway,’ Kim told Elle. ‘I loved being part of a huge family – and I want that for North.

‘We'd do IVF if nothing happens, but we both want to keep trying naturally.’

In the past Kim has detailed her difficult pregnancy with North. She suffered from life-threatening pre-eclampsia, which raises blood pressure, and the star has said the condition led to her five-week premature delivery.

Meanwhile, as it was the Confidence Issue, Kim spoke to Elle about learning to love her figure – and said she had a hard time coming to terms with it when she was younger.

‘When I was 13 my father (Robert Kardashian) wrote me a letter. I was unhappy with my body- I developed really early,’ the reality star said.

‘Every night I would sit in the bath and cry, I prayed my boobs would stop growing. He told me I had a body not many girls have, that later it would lead to attention from men, but that the most important thing was that I was a wonderful girl and I had to understand my self-worth.’

During the interview Kim also admitted she was upset about the naked photos that were stolen from her devices and leaked online earlier this year.

She said: ‘I feel violated because these are private pictures. I didn’t choose for them to be out there. But I’m also realistic. I’m on covers of magazines practically naked, so I can’t go crazy about it.

‘The only choice I can make is to not let it shake me up. I’m not having that choice taken away from me.’
